Got questions about your pouf?

We’ve got answers!
If you’ve got more, feel free to send us a message.

Our poufs do not come with a warranty like electrical appliances. However, if the (outer) fabric tears within 6 months of purchase, you can bring or send it to us for stitching. In the case that your pouf gets a deeper puncture, it will require a repair service, which we offer for a fee.

The general rule says no. However, if your Pouf is made of straw, avoid contact with pool water, as it contains chlorine. In general, even for outdoor Poufs intended for use in water, we recommend that after enjoying them you take them back to… dry land. Until the next use.

Depending on the fabric, each Pouf is cleaned differently. You can find detailed care instructions and proper usage guidelines in the fabrics section.

That’s exactly what they were made for! As an alternative piece of furniture, you can move your Poufs and change their position as many times as you like.

Each pouf has a different lifespan depending on how it is used and the care it receives. With proper maintenance and by following the recommended usage guidelines, you can enjoy your pouf for a long time while preserving its comfort and quality.

As with a classic piece of furniture (e.g. sofa or armchair), we recommend avoiding sharp objects on your Pouf and, of course, sitting / lying on it while wearing high heels. If ink, paint, or any chemical spills on the Pouf, it may not be removable. Place faux leather away from high temperatures (e.g. fireplace) so that it does not melt. And straw should not come into contact with chlorine.
